Despite not being an analyst, the individual was able to create the presentation over a weekend, leading to an invitation to present to the executive leadership team shortly thereafter.
Three weeks ago, our head of SDR came back from mat leave. She was gone twelve weeks and I oversaw her team while she was gone.
And so before she left, we didn't have Von. She came back, she had Von.
And so I was like, hey, here's this thing. She's very data literate, but she's not an analyst. And literally over the weekend, she built a presentation on opportunity sourcing. And within two days later, our Chief Commercial Officer asked her to go in front of the ELT and give that presentation. She would have never been able to build that presentation in that fast.
