What data will Von have access to?
When you authorize Von in Slack, Von only has access to messages, channels, and conversations you can see. Von respects your organization's Slack permissions and retention policies at all times.
How will my data be used?
Von uses your Slack data to provide AI-grounded responses about deals, accounts, and pipeline. Your data is never used to train third-party LLM models. All processing happens under enterprise zero-data-retention agreements with our LLM providers.
How much does Von for Slack cost?
Von for Slack is included with every Von plan at no additional cost. You'll need an active Von subscription to use the Slack integration.
Can I delete my conversations and data?
Yes. You can revoke Von's access at any time from your Slack connected apps page or from Von's settings. Once disconnected, Von stops accessing your Slack data immediately.
What if my workspace requires admin approval?
If your workspace has an app approval workflow, your Slack admin will receive a request to review Von when you click “Add to Slack.” Once approved, return to the install flow to complete. If your workspace doesn't allow user-initiated installs, share the install link with your admin so they can install on your behalf.
What are the known limitations?
Von's AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies — always verify information critical to decision-making. Bulk Slack history search is currently subject to Slack's rate limits for non-Marketplace apps; Von is actively pursuing Slack Marketplace listing to unlock full performance.
How do I report bugs or share feedback?
